So How Does it Work?

• We begin with a  consultation & proposal, telling you exactly what needs to be done to the property.  Because of the significant time investment in this process, there is a $150 fee for this service, which can be applied to future staging services.
• When we receive your approval & 50% deposit, furniture is selected from a reliable furniture rental store (credit check required unless we carry the contract).
• Accessories are selected (Rented from us at Home Staging Designs of California).
• Staging Day - Furniture is arranged, pictures hung, accessories & plants put in place for a spectacular new look in 1-2 days!

Is it Worth it?

Staging a vacant home is clearly more costly.  Consider your monthly costs on the empty house, the inconvenience of having it on the market, & how long you can let it sit.

Each home is different, but the typical cost of staging an average home for up to 90 days is $4500-$6500, depending on size and condition.   Very large and luxury homes are of course a bigger investment.

Builders stage model homes for a reason - it's smart marketing and it works!
